1. Nature of Our Services
Nimbark Research Insights provides academic guidance and research support services only — including thesis and synopsis support, data analysis, editing, plagiarism reduction, journal publication support, book publishing and patent/copyright filing support. Our role is to assist, educate and strengthen the scholar's own work, never to replace it. PhD admission, evaluation, thesis approval and the award of degrees are the sole prerogative of the respective university or institution.
2. Ethical Use
All material we prepare is intended to be used as reference and guidance in accordance with the academic integrity rules of your institution. You are responsible for using our work ethically and for complying with your university's policies.
3. Scope, Quotes and Payments
Every engagement begins with a free consultation, after which we confirm the scope, milestones, timeline and price in writing. Work begins after the agreed advance. Any change in scope is quoted transparently and taken up only after your approval.
4. Revision Policy
Feedback is a normal part of academic work. Each project includes mutually agreed revision rounds; within the agreed scope, revisions are made at no additional cost. Requests that fall outside the original scope are treated as new work and quoted before we proceed.
5. Confidentiality
Your identity, documents and research details remain strictly confidential, and an NDA is available on request. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
6. Delivery and Responsibility
We honour the timelines agreed with you and keep you informed of progress at every milestone. Outcomes that rest with third parties — journal review decisions, university evaluations, government office processing times — are outside our control, and we set expectations about them honestly and in advance.
7. Intellectual Property
On full payment, the deliverables we prepare for you belong to you. We retain no right to reuse, resell or republish your commissioned work.
