Frequently Asked Questions

The questions scholars ask us most often — answered honestly. Can't find yours? Contact us any time.

Is my work and identity kept 100% confidential?

Yes, absolutely. Confidentiality is the foundation of our service. Your name, university, research topic, data and documents are accessible only to the small team assigned to your project, and are never shared, resold or reused. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share anything with us, and we delete project files on request after completion.

Do you provide a plagiarism report with the work?

Yes. Every written deliverable — synopsis, chapters, papers or the full thesis — is checked through professional plagiarism-detection software before delivery, and the similarity report is shared with you along with the final files. If your university uses a specific similarity threshold (commonly 10% under UGC norms), we work to bring the document safely below it.

Is the writing done by humans? Will it pass AI-detection tools?

Your work is researched and written by qualified subject-matter experts — real academics from your discipline. Because it is genuine human scholarship built on actual sources, your own data and your inputs, it reads and tests as human writing. We do not paste machine-generated text into academic documents, and we stand behind every deliverable through your university's checks.

What is your revision policy?

Feedback is a normal part of research, so revisions are built into every project. Changes arising from your supervisor's or committee's comments on delivered work are included free within the project's agreed scope. If the scope itself changes — for example, your guide asks for a new chapter or a different research design — we quote the addition transparently before doing anything.

How long will my project take?

Every project is different, so we don't quote fixed durations. During your free consultation we understand your scope, your university's requirements and your deadline, then agree a realistic schedule together and commit to it in writing before work begins. Work is delivered in stages so you can track progress against the plan throughout.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Every larger project is split into clear milestones — for example: synopsis → chapters 1–2 → data analysis → remaining chapters → final formatting. You pay per milestone, after seeing the delivered work for that stage. There is no requirement to pay the full amount upfront.

Which subjects and disciplines do you cover?

Our expert panel covers commerce, management, economics, education, law, English, Hindi, history, political science, public administration, psychology, sociology, physical education, library science, computer applications, life sciences and engineering disciplines, among others. When you enquire, we confirm honestly whether we have the right expert for your specific topic before accepting the project.

What is the difference between UGC-CARE and Scopus journals? Which should I choose?

UGC-CARE is the University Grants Commission's list of approved journals, generally sufficient for PhD course-work requirements and most Indian university norms. Scopus is a global citation database of higher-impact international journals — usually needed for academic recruitment, promotions and international recognition. Scopus publication takes longer and review is stricter. We assess your purpose, field and deadline and recommend the right target — read our detailed guide: UGC-CARE vs Scopus.

How do I get started?

Three simple steps: (1) Call 95881-42496, WhatsApp 99966-67152 or submit the enquiry form; (2) share your topic, university guidelines and deadline in a free consultation; (3) receive a written scope, timeline and milestone-wise quote. Work begins only after you approve everything — no pressure, no obligation.

What is your refund policy?

Because you pay milestone-by-milestone and approve each stage before the next begins, refund situations are rare. However, if we fail to deliver a milestone as per the agreed scope and timeline and cannot remedy it within a reasonable period, the amount paid for that undelivered milestone is refunded. Refund terms are stated in writing in your project scope document before any payment is made.
