What research support services does Nimbark Research Insights provide?

We provide end-to-end academic support for PhD and Master's scholars — PhD thesis assistance across all chapters (introduction, literature review, methodology, data analysis, findings and conclusions), synopsis and research paper writing, data analysis & interpretation (SPSS, AMOS, R, STATA), journal publication support (UGC-CARE, Scopus, Web of Science), plagiarism removal with a plagiarism report, academic editing & proofreading, book publishing with ISBN, patent & copyright assistance, and project & internship reports. You can explore each service in detail on our services page.

Can you help with a specific thesis chapter only?

Yes. Many scholars come to us for just one part of their work — a literature review, the research methodology, data analysis, or a single chapter their committee has flagged. You take help only for what you need, and pay only for that; there is no obligation to take a full-thesis package. Chapter-specific work goes through the same quality checks, including a plagiarism report.

How much does professional research support cost?

There is no fixed price list, because every project differs in subject, depth, university requirements and urgency. After your free consultation, we send a written, milestone-wise quote so you know exactly what each stage costs before committing anything. You pay per milestone after seeing the delivered work — there are no hidden charges and no full advance payment.

Is taking research support services legal and ethical?

Yes. Professional academic consultancy is a legal and well-established service in India. We work as research consultants — guiding and supporting you with research design, analysis, editing, formatting and publication, much like a statistician, language editor or private tutor would. The research remains yours: we encourage scholars to use our support in line with their university's policies, and PhD admission, evaluation, thesis approval and the award of degrees always remain the sole prerogative of the respective university.

Is my work and identity kept 100% confidential?

Yes, absolutely. Confidentiality is the foundation of our service. Your name, university, research topic, data and documents are accessible only to the small team assigned to your project, and are never shared, resold or reused. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share anything with us, and we delete project files on request after completion.

Do you provide a plagiarism report with the work?

Yes. Every written deliverable — synopsis, chapters, papers or the full thesis — is checked through professional plagiarism-detection software before delivery, and the similarity report is shared with you along with the final files. If your university uses a specific similarity threshold (commonly 10% under UGC norms), we work to bring the document safely below it.

Is the writing done by humans? Will it pass AI-detection tools?

Your work is researched and written by qualified subject-matter experts — real academics from your discipline. Because it is genuine human scholarship built on actual sources, your own data and your inputs, it reads and tests as human writing. We do not paste machine-generated text into academic documents, and we stand behind every deliverable through your university's checks.

What is your revision policy?

Feedback from your supervisor or research committee is a normal and expected part of the research process. Therefore, revisions are built into every project.

Before a project begins, the scope of work and the number of revision rounds are mutually agreed upon during the initial discussion. Nimbark Research Insights will provide revisions in accordance with that agreement, at no additional cost, provided the requested changes fall within the agreed project scope.

Any revisions arising from your supervisor's or committee's comments on the delivered work will be completed free of charge up to the agreed number of revision rounds and within the defined scope of the project.

However, if the project scope changes — for example, if your supervisor requests a new chapter, a different research design, revised research objectives, additional analysis, or any work beyond the originally agreed scope — we will provide a transparent quotation for the additional work before proceeding. Such work will only commence after your approval.

Our goal is to provide a transparent, professional, and client-focused revision process while ensuring the highest standards of quality and timely delivery.

How long will my project take?

Every project is different, so we don't quote fixed durations. During your free consultation we understand your scope, your university's requirements and your deadline, then agree a realistic schedule together and commit to it in writing before work begins. Work is delivered in stages so you can track progress against the plan throughout.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Every larger project is split into clear milestones — for example: synopsis → chapters 1–2 → data analysis → remaining chapters → final formatting. You pay per milestone, after seeing the delivered work for that stage. There is no requirement to pay the full amount upfront.

Which subjects and disciplines do you cover?

Our expert panel covers commerce, management, economics, education, law, English, Hindi, history, political science, public administration, psychology, sociology, physical education, library science, computer applications, life sciences and engineering disciplines, among others. When you enquire, we confirm honestly whether we have the right expert for your specific topic before accepting the project.

What is the difference between UGC-CARE and Scopus journals? Which should I choose?

UGC-CARE is the University Grants Commission's list of approved journals, generally sufficient for PhD course-work requirements and most Indian university norms. Scopus is a global citation database of higher-impact international journals — usually needed for academic recruitment, promotions and international recognition. Scopus publication takes longer and review is stricter. We assess your purpose, field and deadline and recommend the right target — read our detailed guide: UGC-CARE vs Scopus.

How do I get started?

Three simple steps: (1) Call 95881-42496, WhatsApp 99966-67152 or submit the enquiry form; (2) share your topic, university guidelines and deadline in a free consultation; (3) receive a written scope, timeline and milestone-wise quote. Work begins only after you approve everything — no pressure, no obligation.

What is your refund policy?

Because you pay milestone-by-milestone and approve each stage before the next begins, refund situations are rare. However, if we fail to deliver a milestone as per the agreed scope and timeline and cannot remedy it within a reasonable period, the amount paid for that undelivered milestone is refunded. Refund terms are stated in writing in your project scope document before any payment is made.
